I did not have breakfast. I had an unfortunate event at the Record Bar the night of and I left early without breakfast the next day. Your facilities were in perfect fashion. I especially liked the helpful information when I checked in. A very kind gentleman helped me with fulfillment. He was a black man with glasses and he helped me make selections on where to eat as well as my options for other activities. Made me feel at home.

Breakfast not offered for free. Prices were too expensive to pay for out of pocket. Hotel in downtown area was Ok. panhandlers hanging around outside which made it unsafe to walk at night. But overall rooms were very clean and excellent.

Moore

Staff was very helpful. We were only there 1 night, but we were able to check in early. They gave us directions for places to eat, how to get to T Mobile Center & Power & Light District. I will stay here again.

My plane was delayed and I came hours later, but my reservation was cancelled and charged for no-show. I had to rebook then and there at the frontdesm. Very friendly lady helped me out.

The front desk staff was very good. The young woman with short blond hair was one of the most attentive and hard working front staffers I've seen in a long time. Keep her!
