Breakfast not offered for free. Prices were too expensive to pay for out of pocket. Hotel in downtown area was Ok. panhandlers hanging around outside which made it unsafe to walk at night. But overall rooms were very clean and excellent.

The lady that checked me in was the absolute sweetest person!! Mike who worked the graveyard shift went above and beyond everyone I talked to were amazing!

My plane was delayed and I came hours later, but my reservation was cancelled and charged for no-show. I had to rebook then and there at the frontdesm. Very friendly lady helped me out.

This hotel shares a lobby and all of the workers with the Residence Inn that’s connected (that was slightly cheaper and offered free breakfast!). The only difference is the view. I would do the other one if we stayed here again but it was a good stay overall.

Great location, quiet room. We were on a higher floor so streetcar wasn't too loud. Many great restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

Loved everything about the stay! Bed was super comfy and room was amazing! Views of the city were great from the room! Staff was so friendly! Will stay again for sure!!
